Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had over the top expensive prices for effectively a 3-star property, but the rooms were simple, very comfortable, and importantly, warm. Although they were old and dated and required some maintenance, they provided a warm and cozy atmosphere with spectacular views.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a scenic view, but service falls short in friendliness and helpfulness. The location, overlooking the Barrancas, is stunning, but the overall value may not meet expectations due to high additional charges. Dining can be pricey with limited options, yet the homemade pastry stands out as a positive feature.
The hotel has a superb location right in front of the famous Copper Canyon, with an amazing view and late-night drinks by the fire. The dining experience was somewhat disappointing due to limited options and high prices, but the rooms were well-set up, despite being in a half-finished area.
